IMIS Exhibition
IMIS is the biggest expo of motorcycles in Russia, where world-famous brands and motor vehicles producers from USA, Europe, Asia and Russia are presented. Each year expo attracts more than 50 thousand visitors.
We’ve been working with IMS for already three years. IMS organizers sell tickets on their official website and via social media – Vkontakte and Facebook.
To stimulate sales organizers use promo-codes, which are posted in social media community unexpectedly and it helps to promote the event.
Organizer uses tools for sales management, reporting, has the possibility to lead users to their own sources and gathers a client database.
For few years Radario is also assisting with entrance check to the expo, which helps avoiding queues. With our compatible with Radario system equipment one ticket check takes not more than 3 seconds.
Rivertickets.ru
Rivertickets.ru is a ticket operator which organizes ticket sales for boat trips in Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
This organizer has several cruises per day, also it has different excursion programs. To make ticket purchase easier we created a special widget, which shows all possible cruises, so the client could choose the best option.
Our session and event groups duping option helps to add big number of events. Soon we will add a special calendar-widget which will allow booking trips for specific dates.
Our experience with Rivertickets.ru shows that our platform is not only suitable for traditional event organizers (concerts, performances, sport games), but can be also used by organizers of different formats thanks to its flexibility.
“Saint Petersburg Horrors”
“Saint Petersburg Horrors” is an interactive historical-themed theatrized show, which includes 1500 square meter maze and contains 13 rooms full of mysteries and secrets of Saint Petersburg.
Our cooperation began in 2013 anSaint Petersburg Horrors became a first museum which sold tickets via Radario platform. When the museum just opened they faced a very high demand on their services, but later organizers noticed, that sales level is lowering. Using online sales they managed to expand their audience and attract tourists, who preferred buying tickets in advance.

Today tickets are available on their website, social media communities (Vkontakte and Facebook),on radario.ru and mobile app. Thickets have an open date, so the client can visit the museum whenever he/she wants to.
Saint Petersburg Horrors are actively participating in promo campaigns organized by Radario. For example, Teatr.go campaign, which is held on International Theatre day, when clients can by tickets with up to 90% discount.
Radario platform is very suitable for museums. For example, to regulate the visitors flow organizers can launch tickets with strict time periods. Our platform can also be used to organize sales for excursions and specific exhibitions.
Aquamagic
Aquamagica is an organizer of aqua-shows with Olympic champions Maria Kiseleva and Olga Kuzhela, which are attended by more that 100 hundred people each year.
More than 1 million guests attended such performances as “The mermaid and pirates treasure”, “The mermaid and magic star”, “The mirror-world”, “The dream land” . All projects by Maria Kiseleva not only have federal status, but also have “Star projects of the year” rating, due to the fact that more that 300 celebrity families attended show premiers.
Voice work for the projects also involves celebrities.
In 2015 with Radarios provided technical platform support to the fifth show in St. Petersburg – “Saving the aurora”. Dmity Guberniev was the voice of the fairytale announcer! The show was held in 3 cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan.
In addition to the platform support Radario was also responsible for all the client support operations related to ticket sales. We provided support not only for users, who purchased tickets on radario.ru , but also for ones, who bought tickets via official organizers website (landing, which we created for this project). We managed to organize the support in such way, so the user could ask us a question via the most convenient method to them: chat messenger, which was integrated to landing and radario.ru, phone call to the support team or via e-mail. We shortened the response time to 1 minute, checked that support team contact information was always in sight and promptly solved our customer’s problems.
This is how we spent 97 days of sales campaign and also couple of weeks of querying afterwards.
The next day after the event took place every clients, who bought tickets to “Saving the aurora” received an automated follow up email thanking for being at the show and asking for recommendations to improve the experience or a review if they enjoyed the show.
After clicking a “Feedback” button the user was followed to the questioner, where they could express their complaint. After the form was sent, manager contacted the user.
After clicking “I liked the show” button user was forwarded to “leave a review” page on vk.com
Conversion of this mailing was 13%, which is a very good result for communication via e-mail. (average e-mail conversion is 2-5%). Also we managed to collect all negative reviews in one place and work with them.
During the sales campaign we performed over 200 chat conversations on Aquamagica main website resulting in 20% conversion, which means that every fifth conversation ended up with a ticket purchase.
Convenient and professional customer support was able to increase loyalty conversion level. Everything is possible if communication between company and clients is well organized. Client should know that it is easy to contact you and that if any problem occurs, it will be solved quickly.
“Piterland” waterpark
“Piterland” is the biggest roofed waterpark in Russia. A unique dome allows visitors taking sunbathes and getting some tan all over the year. There are many different amusement features of all difficulty and extremeness levels: 5 water slides, big pool with weaves, slow-current rivers, cozy soaking tubs. Guests, who like diving can practive their skills in “Piterland Aqua” diving school, which has a special 6-meter deep pool. For children there is a kid’s town, where they can have some fun while being completely safe.
“Piterland” is located on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. We started working with such large venues (in 2015 the second waterpark,“Piterland-2”, opened on the Vasilievsky island) in March 2014.
Before waterpark started working with Radario it didn’t sell tickets on the website and via social media, only distributed gift certificates. Now “Piterland” sells tickets on their official website and via Vkontakte community. Tickets are available on mobile version of the webstie, radario.ru and Radario mobile app for iOs and Android.
The specific part of this cooperation is uploading barcodes to the base. At the beginning of each month “Piterland” submits Radatio a barcode, so e-tickets were valid for the turnstile pass. Moreover we created customized tickets for the waterpark. After completing the purchase user gets a letter with a user agreement form attached, which contains waterpark safety rules and guarantees the fact that the client accepts these rules.
Client database contains more than 6000 e-mail addresses of loyal customers. As you can see on the sales distribution chart, most of the tickets are sold on the official website and the mobile version of this website. App in an official community, radario.ru and Radario mobile app sell about 1,5-2.08% of all tickets each.
In addition to sales management tools, “Piterland” also perform marketing activities to attract new audience and increase sales level. One of the latest campaigns was a collaboration between “Piterland” and “Megafon”. Tickets with 25% discount are available for “Megafon” clients, who have activated a “Megafon Bonus” option.Users get a special promo-code, which is already launched by “Piterland” and can enter it while purchasing tickets to get a discount.
This campaign increased average sales results a lot.
Upsala-Circus
The most famous circus for rebels
Upsala-Circus is not a typical circus. Its shows are a combination of acrobatics, juggling, modern dance and mumming. Experiment is the basis and the way to communicate with the audience. Upsala-Circus is a socially-oriented project, which exists in Saint Petersburg since 2000 and helps children to use their energy in a creative way to reach some amazing results.
Upsala-Circus works with children, who come from high-risk social groups and the ones with disabilities. Here children and teenagers can get an experience of an alternative street culture and possibility to apply their new skills in the future. We began our cooperation in 2014 with launching online sales on the official website and via social media (vk.com and facebook.com).
Since then the level of proper sales has increased to this social project can stop paying a high commission to ticket operators and use more budget on performances and projects.
After a year of successful partnership Upsala-Circus decided to start using the whole package of Radario solutions: circus uses automated working station (a software, created by Radario to sell branded tickets from the box-offices) to sell tickets on the territory of their summer projects. Circus also uses Radario as a distributing center for their tickets: it distributes quotas for ticket operators via Radario Cloud. All information about sales channels (ticket operators, box offices, own resourses) is available online on organizer’s account page.
