Basketball club “Avtodor”
Basketball club “Avtodor” is one of the most successful and award-winning male clubs in Russian basketball. Founded in 1960 as “Spartak” (later – “Avtodorozhnik” and since 1996 – “Avtodor”), the club has achieved high ratings at the Russian and International championships.
Club is a part of United VTB League and has a very large following by its fans. Which means big queues for the organizers. Also, the club didn’t have a specific, well-organized approach to tickets sales before cooperation with Radario. Club never worked with technology solutions, didn’t have any budget for development, integration and additional equipment.
Radario team began cooperation with the club and launched the online tickets sales. “Avtodor” took the opportunity to manage online sales itself with the help of Radario portal, to have access to statistics and analytics and the CRM-system, started to collect fan database and created loyalty programs.
Now “Avtodor” uses Radario portal to add and manage its evernts including interactive seating layout maps.
The portal allows “Avtodor” to add ticket quotas, control sales and analyze each sales channel all in one place. Also it is possible to synchronize tickets data with the entry check equipment to control and register tickets use. According to club’s requirements we adjusted our ticket templates. Android-based smartphones with Radario app installed are being used for the entrance control. It scans QR-codes and barcodes. Using this equipment helps us to speed up entry, avoid human errors and eliminate fraud. It also helps when visitor loses the ticket or comes to a wrong sector by mistake.
The club is collecting fan database and have already started working with Radario marketing platform, which helps to promote events by using personalized marketing and automatized processes.
FC “Tosno”
“Tosno” is a professional football club based in Tosno, Leningrad region. It was founded in 2013 and competes in the FNL championship.
This is a small club and it doesn’t have a home stadium. The club had no experience with e-tickets, so Radario is their first online sales solution.
The club wanted to organize ticket sales on their official website, they also needed a “box office” capability to sell tickets during the game.
Here is what we have done:
-Provided a self service portal at Radario website to add and manage events with electronic stadium layouts
– Showed how to use analytics, statistics, CRM, launch loyalty programs
– Customized the tickets template layout according to the FNL requirements
– We organize entrance control and box office sales during each game: provide equipment (printers, laptops, scanners), give the club’s staff instructions.
As a result of Radario platform integration the club organized ticket sales on their official website and via social media. Electronic and “real” tickets sales are controlled from the same Cloud based portal, club manages sales on it’s own, tracks efficiency using analytic tools and uses our reporting system. FC “Tosno” uses promo-codes and loyalty programs to maintain marketing communication with the fans.
Red city Fights
Red City Fights is a fighting show, which includes series of professional fighting tournaments according to MMA rules, show-program, prize giveaways and participation of special guests. MMA Federation of Mary El republic is the organizer of this event.
Before cooperation with Radario RCF didn’t use any online sales channels. Lack of budget and personnel stopped them from integrating new technology and buying new equipment. Radario Cloud based solution became their opportunity to launch sales online and via box office without spending a lot.
We provided RCF a personal account page to add new events, manage sales and reports, work with statistics and loyalty programs, use CRM and stadium layout maps. RCF successfully uses Android-based smartphones with Radario app for the entry control.
Today Red City fights distribute sales from a single tickets website, social media and box offices. They use promo-codes and loyalty programs to build a marketing communication with the fans and increase their client database.
This case shows that online sales launch is available not only for the large companies; it is also quite affordable for smaller organizers. Our platform allows to organize effective and automated sales and marketing campaigns without any of the high costs.
